The members of the School Board are:

Will Curtis,
Pastor at Christian Life Community Church

Pastor Will Curtis has been a member of the church for over 20 years and has served as a pastor there since 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Ministry and has a background in operations management and human resources. Since 2003, he has served on various executive boards of not-for-profit organisations. His diverse experience helps guide the board in the governance of the school and ensures the school’s Vision and Mission remain steadfast. He serves as the Chairman of the School Board.

Craig Murison,
Executive Dean (CEO), Chief Academic Officer and Dean of Education and Humanities, at Christian Heritage College

Dr Craig Murison was the founding Principal of Mackay Christian College, where he served for 33 years. Under his leadership, the school grew from 18 students to over 1,000 students across two campuses. In 2017 Dr Murison moved to Christian Heritage College which offers university level courses in Counselling, Human Services, Business, Ministries and Education. He has served as Executive Dean since 2022. Dr Murison has completed studies in theology, education, and organisational culture, and serves on various boards for schools and educational organisations. His extensive educational experience is crucial to the guidance and governance of our College.

Katrina Hobbs,
Managing Director at Inglewood Organic Group

Katrina Hobbs is Managing Director of a group of family-owned companies with a diverse interest in agriculture and food production. Together, these businesses employ around 250 people across 6 locations in Queensland. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Export Management, and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Katrina understands TCC well as she is a current parent as well as a past student, starting her schooling in the pioneering years of the school in the early 80s going on to graduate in the mid-90s. Katrina’s corporate experience and dedication and history with the College ensure its identity and governance remain strong.

Melanie Moody
Owner, Prethink Group

Melanie Moody is a parent at Toowoomba Christian College with six children. Together with her husband, she owns Prethink Group, a portfolio of local businesses in hospitality and property. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has been actively involved in community and family‑centred initiatives for many years, including co-founding Just Church Highfields in 2013. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to education and have shaped her deep passion for liberal arts learning and its role in forming well-rounded, thoughtful students. Melanie brings this conviction, along with a strong family perspective and a genuine commitment to community, to her service on the board.

Phillip McLatchey,
Managing Director of Hodos Solutions

Phillip McLatchey was a managing director and partner in an engineering and manufacturing business for 18 years. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). Through Hodos Solutions, Phillip supports businesses by aligning their teams, systems, and processes to build organisational harmony and foster the growth of people and success, a commitment that reflects Phillip’s strong passion for helping individuals flourish in life. This often begins in the early years, where schooling and education play a significant role. All three of Phillip’s children attended TCC, with the youngest graduating in 2023.
